What to expect:
Starting off with our breath work to help our mind relax which will help to prepare our body for sun salutations. That will help strengthen flex, and extend many main muscles of the body. Which will lead to our postures and ending with final relaxation.
Benefits of Yoga is more Flexibility and balance to improve our focus and strength. Strength will help for more toned muscles for your posture to stand taller with a stronger core resulting in more confidence and less pain. Yoga increases serotonin the happy hormone and reduces cortisol the stress hormone. Yoga can help with weight loss as physical exercise reduces stress and increases self awareness. Practicing yoga can help with your sleep as it can increased focus and relaxation so you will fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.
You will be more Relaxed and will experience less tension in your body and mind . It helps with digestion twisting and squatting postures are very beneficial.
